Our Team
Valorie C. Rosha
Valorie Rosha is an attorney serving clients in western Hennepin County and the greater Minneapolis/St. Paul area. Her practice focuses on elder law, estate planning, and probate of estates. Valorie is recognized for providing exceptional representation and value to her clients. She serves clients in all stages of life by drafting wills, establishing trusts and other estate planning vehicles, powers of attorney, health care directives, living wills, and related documents. She guides her clients through probate and administration of wills and estates after the death of a loved one.
A graduate of the William Mitchell College of Law where she served on the Law Review staff, Valorie is an experienced litigation and estate planning lawyer. She is also a proud member of the MSBA’s Wills for Heroes Program, which assists emergency personnel in preparing wills to protect themselves and their families.
An avid equestrian, Valorie is an accomplished Three-Day Event competitor and former professional horse trainer.

Darrin M. Rosha
Darrin Rosha has been practicing law for over 25 years. His practice includes business law, employment law, reputation defense, entertainment law, equine law, property law, and general litigation. He represents a variety of businesses as outside counsel, having previously served as in-house counsel to private companies.
Darrin works with clients to find alternatives to litigation, including mediation and settlement. When a resolution cannot be achieved, he has secured substantial verdicts and settlements during and through litigation in business, personal injury/medical malpractice, and reputation defense cases. Darrin has defended clients in business and personal matters securing strong results including dismissal and verdicts for the defense. He has worked with co-counsel from solo practice attorneys to large firms on matters that require a legal team and range of expertise.
Darrin works his clients to identify the most beneficial, cost-effective representation, including joint representation or, when appropriate, referral to a specialist. He understands the significant investment required to secure competent legal representation, and his goal is first to ensure every client receives value for that investment.
Darrin has been a member of the State Bar Associations of Minnesota and Missouri. He has been admitted to practice before the Minnesota Supreme Court, the Missouri Supreme Court, the Federal District Court for the District of Minnesota and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. Darrin serves on the Minnesota Lawyers Professional Responsibility Board. He received his law degree from the University of Minnesota Law School, where he was a member of the Law Review staff.
